Tionesta Borough Ordinance 273 requires the Landlord of any residential unit(s) within the Borough file a registration form with the Borough for all tenants to whom they rent.
Landlords are required to deliver this completed form on or before November 30 of EACH YEAR to the Borough Office at 631 Elm Street, PO Box 408, Tionesta, PA 16353.
Failure to report as required under Ordinance No. 273 is subject to a fine of not less than $100.00, nor more than $300.00 plus attorney fees and costs for each offense.
