Strategic Management Planning

The Borough participated in the Commonwealth’s Strategic Management Plan this year. Normally, the municipality has to pay 50% of the cost of the consultants to conduct the study, but the Commonwealth waived that requirement for the Borough. The University of Pittsburgh, School of Public and International Affairs dug into our finances, practices and procedures to be able to provide recommendations for the borough to improve its finances and practices.
